A single bedroom or living room is the fastest job on the schedule. Once equipment is set up and the space reaches treatment temperature, it typically holds there for several hours to make sure heat penetrates furniture, baseboards, and other hiding spots — not just the open air.

A full apartment or house takes longer, mainly because more square footage means more equipment, more monitoring points, and more time for every room to reach and hold the target temperature evenly.
