Bed Bug Solutions is a locally owned, licensed, bonded, and insured bed bug specialist serving Gresham, Oregon and the surrounding ZIP codes 97030 and 97080. These terms govern the information on this website and the relationship between us when you request an inspection or treatment.

Inspections and quotes

Inspections are provided free of charge. Any price we give after an inspection is a fixed, written quote for the scope of work described. If the scope changes — for example, more units or rooms are affected than were visible at the inspection — we will explain the change and provide an updated quote before doing additional work.

Our workmanship guarantee

Covered bed bug treatments are backed by a written workmanship guarantee. If covered activity returns within the guarantee window stated on your service agreement, we will return and re-treat the covered area at no additional charge. The guarantee depends on you following the preparation and post-treatment instructions we provide, since reintroduction from untreated furniture, luggage, or neighboring units is outside our control.

Your responsibilities

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the areas that need to be inspected or treated.
• Follow the written preparation checklist we give you before treatment.
• Tell us about children, pets, elderly occupants, or health conditions so we can plan a safe treatment.
• Complete any recommended follow-up visits, which are what make a bed bug result permanent.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. For rental properties, we can often bill the property owner or manager directly when arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards and checks, and financing may be available on larger jobs.
